| Gus Dropkin Continues Support of Nyack Library |
Gus Dropkin will be 96 years old this March and has been a resident of Nyack for 27 years. She remembers the days when the Library hosted luncheons and she and her husband, Lou Dropkin, a writer for the American Theater Wing, would attend. Gus worked as a nurse for the National Council of Churches and retired at 67 years of age. She has been a steady customer of the library and still manages to visit and take out books on tape. The Nyack Library would like to thank Gus for her recent contribution and value her continued support.
